Its current offer covers research, onboarding, empty states and broader product redesign; the redesign practice explicitly considers how users reach value. The subscription arrangement can keep a designer close to product managers and engineers as the journey changes. Current services also include scoped frontend implementation, so an old assumption that Eleken only supplies Figma files would be too narrow. Ask which research and frontend roles are included in your plan, then assign ownership of event definitions and post-launch analysis.
